What will the engraving of the item look like?
Tumblers are laser engraved to remove the powder coating and reveal the underlying stainless steel. The laser engraving is permanent and won't come off with washing like stickers or vinyl decals. The engraving is guaranteed for the life of the product.
How should I care for a laser engraved tumbler?
Use the tumbler normally per manufacturer's care instructions. No special care is needed.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We are happy to provide corporate gift, team and wholesale customers with volume pricing. Discounts are tiered starting at 12 pieces of the same design.
How long does it take to engrave my order?
Items are produced on demand in the order received. Orders under 12 pieces are fulfilled in 1 to 3 business days. Orders over 12 pieces are shipped in 5 to 7 business days.
